Closing Sales Now Underway at All American Signature Furniture and Value City Furniture Locations

Personal identifiable Information Opt-Out Notice – February 9, 2026 

Dear Customer:

We value and respect your privacy and we understand how important it is for you to make informed decisions about sharing and managing your personal information. Therefore, as part of our commitment to transparency and customer rights, we are presenting this Opt Out Notice.

ASI PURCHASER LLC (the “Purchaser”) has purchased certain assets of AMERICAN SIGNATURE, INC. (the “Company”), including certain of its customer personal identifiable information (the “Customer PII”), in the Company’s ongoing bankruptcy proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”). The Purchaser expects to use the Customer PII in order to contact you in connection with the sale of furniture, footwear, apparel and/or goods and services related thereto. The Purchaser has agreed to be bound by the Company’s existing privacy policy (modified solely to replace references to “American Signature, Inc.” or “American Signature Furniture” with references to the Purchaser and its affiliates) with respect to the Customer PII.

To the extent you do not wish to have your Customer PII transferred to the Purchaser, you have the opportunity to opt out of such transfer. You may exercise your right to opt out at any time on or prior to the date that is 30 days after the date of this notice. To exercise your opt-out right, you may call 800-608-9578 or visit www.shopvcf.com/unsubscribe and indicate you would like to opt out from having your Customer PII transferred.

  • Yes, we are continuing to offer warranties on new purchases at this time

Can I use a Value City Furniture or American Signature Furniture gift card?

  • No, we are no longer accepting gift cards at any of our locations

Can I return or exchange my recently purchased product?

  • All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted

Can I get a refund on my deposit if my item is no longer available?

  • We are not offering refunds at the time
